Joseph Shmurak has received his real estate license in 2001 and Broker's license in 2006. He has served as a Presiding Officer on the Orange County Board of Realtors Proffessional Grievance Committee. He is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist Registered with the National Mortgage Licensing System. Prior to co-founding HJM Properties Joseph worked in a major lending institution where he attained the level of Regional Manager for Southern California.

	Herschel Evans Broker/Owner herschel@hjmproperties.com As for many REALTORS-, Real Estate is not Herschel's first career. He was employed in the Petrochemical Industry as a Vice President. He served for five years as operations manager of an Industrial construction Company before becoming a Real Estate Broker and REALTOR. Herschel R. Evans is a founding member of the HJM Properties, Inc. He is a graduate of UCLA with a Civil Engineering degree. Herschel is an avid sport fan and you can catch him on his bike in and around Southern Orange County.
